    A night light is best tried out in the evening, in the real bedroom. If it isn't right, you have 30 days to send it back to us, and your refund goes out as soon as the parcel reaches us.

    How to return a night light

    Three steps, no form to fill in

    The same person looks after your return, from the first message to the refund.

    1. Write to us

      Within 30 days

      A message with your order number and the design concerned. We reply within 24 working hours with the next steps.

    2. Repack the night light

      At your own pace

      Original packaging if possible, otherwise a sturdy box and plenty of padding. A glass or resin night light will not survive a poorly protected parcel.

    3. Refund

      Within 7 days

      As soon as the parcel has been received and checked, to your original payment method, with a confirmation by email.

    What we take back, and what we don't

    • Condition of the night light Not used day to day, complete, with its accessories and instructions. Having switched it on to try it out is no problem at all.
    • Personalised night lights Designs engraved with a name cannot be returned or exchanged, in line with distance selling law.
    • Return costs Paid by you, unless the item is faulty or broken or we made a mistake, in which case we cover everything.
    • Faulty night light Return and replacement at our expense, whatever happens. Write to us with a photo.
